Welcome to the ku-kio FAQ. 

  • How is Ku-Kio sustainable?

We use predominantly organic cotton for our clothes. The process of growing and harvesting organic cotton is inumberably better for the planet. (Some of our garments have about 5% spandex for necessary elasticity. We are currently working on sourcing a more sustainable textile for this as well.) We work with Fair Trade Certified factories to assure the health and safety of our workers. Fair Trade Certified factories must adhere to rigorous social, environmental, and economic standards within the industry.

  • Where can I find advice about size and fit ?

Each product page has information regarding the fit for particular style as well as a size chart. You are always welcome to email us at info@ku-kio.com if you have any questions.

  • How to order:
    1.  From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.
    2. Add the product to your Shopping Bag.
    3. Once you have finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your Shopping Bag.
    4. Enter your email and your shipping address.
    5. Select a shipping and a payment method.
    6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Purchase Now".
    7. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you by email when your item arrives.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
  • If you purchased an item on the site and wish to return it, please contact us at info@ku-kio.com we will guide you through our return process.

Please note that when you return an item: 

  •  We ask that it is still in its original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or has had the tags removed.
  •   Any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded. Please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel.
  •  Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
  • All returns/exchanges/requests must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery, in some cases we may approve store credits on the returns sent past the 10 days deadline.
  • All the sale section items (aka: 20% off ) are non returnable or refundable.

    • Costs for return:

    Ku-kio is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. Ku-kio will make reasonable efforts to refund your returned products (subject to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may occur will not be refunded by ku-kio.

    • What items are non-refundable? 

     The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • sale items
  • Used, broken, bleached items.
  •  

    The item I received is damaged!

      If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 3 days of the delivery date and we will exchange the product.

      • What are the refund options?

      The following refund options are supported:

      - Refund to the original payment method.

      - Refund to store credit (if applicable).

      • How soon will I get my refund?

      If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 - 15 business days after approval.

      • Costs for return:

      • Where do you ship my order from ?
      All orders are shipped from Usa. 
      • I'm unable to find my package ?

      If your tracking number states that your package was delivered but you are not able to locate the package on your property, we are happy to help!

      Before reaching out to us, please review the list below for helpful tips:

      -Check the tracking number to confirm that the package was delivered to your address and not a nearby Access Point.

      -Call your local post office or preferred shipping company in the order in case the package couldn't make the delivery.

      -Confirm that there are no activity log updates on the tracking number that states the item was returned to the sender.

      -If you live in a house, check around your property thoroughly. Couriers will occasionally leave items in a discrete area to minimize the risk of package theft. It is often also helpful to check with your neighbors.

      -If you live in a building with a concierge/mail room, confirm with them that they do not have it.

      -If you are still unable to locate the package after completing the above checks, please reach out to info@ku-kio.com. Please make sure to include your order number and the tracking number of the shipment to your email. We will help you find your order!
